1. Nature of Products
Kensano primarily delivers digital services and digital items
(such as scripts, edits, numbers, websites, and tools). These are generally non-returnable.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Non-delivery of service or item within the agreed timeline, without valid reason.
- Technical failure where the delivered digital product cannot be used as intended, and cannot be fixed.
- Invalid or non-working alternate number that cannot be replaced within a reasonable time.
- Duplicate payment made for the same order.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after work has started or been delivered.
- Subjective dissatisfaction where the work matches agreed scope.
- Abusive, spammy, or policy-violating use-cases.
- Issues caused by third-party platforms or policy changes outside our control.
4. Replacement & Fixes
Wherever possible, we first attempt to fix or replace the digital item,
especially in the case of alternate numbers or technical tools.
5. Request Window
Refund or fix requests should normally be raised within 24–48 hours
of delivery, depending on the nature of the issue.
6. Process
- Contact us via Contact Page or email.
- Share order ID, issue details, and any relevant evidence.
- We assess the situation and respond with either a fix, replacement, or refund decision.
7. Payment Method
Approved refunds will usually be processed via the same method used for payment,
unless otherwise arranged.
